I had an excellent experience today at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I came in with an issue that needed immediate attention, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to Cuba, who provided exceptional service and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I would also like to recognize the gentleman at the front counter and the owner of the shop, both of whom were incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a business where everyone works together to provide such a high level of customer service. Their honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you again to Cuba, the front desk staff, and the owner for making this such a positive experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

These people request me to put positive feedback. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at your tire shop. I came in expecting to purchase brand new tires at full price, trusting that I was getting safe, high-quality products. Instead, I later discovered that the tires sold to me were already expired. This is completely unacceptable. Tires are a critical safety component, and selling expired ones—especially at the cost of brand new tires—is not only misleading but also dangerous. I relied on your business to provide honest service, and I feel that trust has been seriously violated. I paid a premium price under the assumption that I was receiving new, reliable tires. What I actually received were products that may already be compromised due to age, which puts both me and others on the road at risk. This situation raises serious concerns about your business practices and quality control. I will be in contact with the BBB.

Robin and Kevin are amazing. They worked with me and even gifted my mom a perfume for free. Seriously, couldn’t have gotten this done by better people. I 100% recommend
